Introduction
Welcome to SJ Remodeling. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by our company within the State of Florida. By requesting services, signing a proposal or contract, submitting payment, or communicating with us through our website or phone, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
All remodeling services provided by SJ Remodeling, including kitchen renovations, bathroom remodeling, flooring installation, structural upgrades, interior and exterior improvements, and related construction work, will be clearly defined in a written estimate or formal contract. The contract will outline the agreed scope of work, materials, pricing, and estimated timeline. Any changes or modifications requested after signing must be approved in writing and may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments.
SJ Remodeling operates in compliance with applicable Florida laws, building codes, and municipal regulations. Where required, necessary permits will be obtained unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for providing property access and obtaining any required homeowner association approvals prior to project commencement.
Payment terms, including deposits and progress payments, will be specified in the signed agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of work and additional charges as permitted under Florida law. Final payment is due upon substantial project completion.
Project timelines are estimated in good faith but may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material availability, weather conditions, inspection delays, unforeseen structural issues, or approved change orders. SJ Remodeling is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.
If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications related to appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, project notifications, billing reminders, and customer support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Workmanship warranties, if applicable, will be detailed in the contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products and materials. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, unauthorized alterations, or pre-existing structural conditions discovered during construction.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. In such cases, the client remains responsible for payment for completed work and materials ordered up to the termination date.
You must be at least 18 years of age to request or enter into a service agreement with SJ Remodeling.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
